Founders offer

The Founders offer is available to the first cohort of Raxx accounts. It gives you full Pro+ access at a fixed rate for the first six months — every feature, every tier, no upgrade gates.

After six months, the account moves to the standard Pro+ plan at the regular monthly rate.

Who qualifies: Accounts created during the Founders cohort window. When the cohort closes, the offer is no longer available to new signups. Existing Founders accounts keep the six-month rate through the end of their initial term.

To sign up for the Founders offer, create your account at raxx.app before the cohort closes.

How billing works

Payment is collected at signup. There is no trial period with a card on file. If the platform does not meet your needs, contact support@raxx.app for refund requests.

Billing cycle: Monthly, billed on the date you subscribed.

Downgrade and cancellation: You can downgrade or cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops Raxx from routing new orders. Any positions already open at your connected broker are not affected by your Raxx account status. Raxx retains your data for 90 days after cancellation in case you want to export it before it is removed.

Prorations: When you upgrade mid-cycle, you are charged the prorated difference for the remainder of the billing period. When you downgrade, the lower rate takes effect at the start of the next billing period.

Taxes: Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your billing address. Final amounts are shown before you confirm payment.

iOS subscribers

If you subscribed to Raxx through the iOS app, your subscription is managed through the App Store. To change your plan or cancel, go to your App Store subscription settings — Raxx cannot modify App Store subscriptions directly. Standard App Store billing and refund terms apply.
