FAQ
1. What is Raxx?
Raxx is a trading strategy automation platform. You define your entry rules, position sizing, and exit conditions, and Raxx enforces that structure automatically through your connected brokerage account. Raxx does not propose strategies, generate recommendations, or predict outcomes — it executes the structure you decided on, before emotion gets a vote.
2. Does Raxx execute trades automatically?
Raxx automates the execution of rules you wrote. New accounts start in paper-trading mode, which simulates orders against real market data without risking capital. Switching to live order routing requires a deliberate action in your account settings. The execution path is deterministic and rule-based — your rules run as you defined them.
3. How does Raxx connect to my brokerage?
Raxx connects to your brokerage account through an API authorization flow you initiate from your account settings. Raxx does not hold your funds or custody your assets — your broker does. Paper-trading mode works without a live brokerage connection, so you can configure and test your structure before linking a real account.
4. Is my data sold or shared?
No. Raxx does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or your trading data. Data is shared only with the infrastructure vendors required to run the platform (hosting, error monitoring, transactional email, and payment processing). None of those vendors receive your trading strategy data for their own use. See the Privacy Policy for the full recipient list.
5. Where is my account information stored?
Your account data is stored on servers located in the United States and is encrypted at rest. Raxx uses industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and role-based access controls for all administrative operations. You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@raxx.app.
6. How do I cancel?
You can cancel your subscription from the account settings page at any time. Cancellation stops Raxx from placing new orders; any open positions at your connected broker are not affected by your Raxx account status. Raxx retains your data for 90 days after cancellation in case you want to export it before it is removed.
7. What happens if Raxx is unavailable?
Raxx publishes real-time service status at status.raxx.app. Because new accounts default to paper-trading mode, a Raxx outage does not harm live positions unless you have explicitly enabled live order routing. If Raxx is unreachable, no new automated orders are sent; your broker account is unchanged.
8. Does Raxx give me trading advice?
No. Raxx enforces the structure you defined using your own rules and your own data. The platform does not make recommendations, score trades, suggest what strategy to use, or indicate what you should do next. AI-assisted features within Raxx surface retrospective descriptions of what happened on your own historical data — they describe, they do not prescribe.
9. How is Raxx different from a robo-advisor?
A robo-advisor makes decisions on your behalf using its own models. Raxx does not make any decisions — you decide the structure, and Raxx enforces it. Raxx has no opinion about what you should trade or when. The platform exists to remove execution friction and emotional override from a structure you already chose.
10. How do I contact support?
Open a support ticket at support@raxx.app. Include your account email and a description of the issue. The support team aims to respond within one business day. For platform status and known issues, check status.raxx.app before filing a ticket.
